    I was trying to find the requirements to be a property preservation contractor in Chicago. Licensing, insurance requirements and so forth. Any help or a place to call or look online would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Kris best place to go is the county clerks office, no you wont need a license but they will require you to register as a service vendor with the state. what this does is lower the risk of having the cops called on you every 30 seconds. I do work in down state Illinois and trust me it happen alot.
